We are happy to welcome you in our beautiful Shala. Before your first visit please have a look at our Shala Etiquette to ensure the best experience for you and other practitioners.
• The Shala is like a temple, your place of worship and learning. Modest dressing is a way of showing respect to the teacher and the Shala. Wear something simple and comfortable to practice in.
• Turn off the phone when you enter the Shala.
• Avoid sacred religious symbols.
• Avoid perfumes and other strong smell cosmetics while practicing since it can distract other students or make your skin slippery.
• Avoid making loud noises or disturbing other students. Spread out your mat in silence.
• It is recommended to bring your own mat and microfiber overlay to practice.
• If you are injured and do not need assistance on a specific day, or if you are pregnant, use the appropriate label that indicates this and place it in front of your mat (you can find the labels on the desk or simply talk to the teacher).
• No open flames or candles are allowed in the shala.
• Do not eat/drink within the Shala.
• No smoking or vaping in the Shala.
• No pets allowed.
Thank you 🙂
